Image rights and recording authorization
As part of their participation in Forum LABO Paris organized by Oxygène Expo, any visitor, exhibitor, speaker, or participant acknowledges and accepts that photographs, videos, audiovisual recordings and/or sound recordings may be made during the event.
By participating in the trade show, each participant expressly authorizes Oxygène Expo, free of charge, to capture, reproduce, represent, distribute, and use their image, voice and, where applicable, statements, on any medium now known or hereafter developed, including in particular photographic, audiovisual, digital, multimedia, internet, social media, press, television, signage, or any other communication medium.
This authorization is granted for any institutional, promotional, commercial, or non-commercial communication relating to the activities of the trade show, Oxygène Expo, or its partners, in France and abroad.
The participant agrees that the images and recordings may be subject to any adaptation necessary for their use, including cropping, editing, montage, assembly, retouching, insertion of text, logos, trademarks, graphic or advertising elements, as well as any integration into works or communication materials.
The participant also authorizes Oxygène Expo to assign or grant the exploitation rights thus granted to any affiliated company, partner, service provider, or third party involved in the promotion, communication, or organization of the event.
This authorization is granted free of charge, worldwide, and for the entire legal term of protection of the rights concerned. The participant waives any right to remuneration, compensation, or claim in connection with the use of their image, voice, or the recordings made under the conditions defined above.
Any person who does not wish to appear in the event's communication materials is invited to inform the organizer in advance or to identify themselves to the teams present on site.
