Since 1947 the aim of the French Foundation for Medical Research has been to develop research in all fields of medicine for the benefit of everyone’s health. Recognized as a public welfare institution since 1965, the French Foundation for Medical Research funds, on average, the work of some 700 researchers and research teams every year, thanks to the donations and bequests of 450,000 regular donors, enabling it to act in complete independence.
